Activities
The Marie-Curie Global Fellowship contains not only research work, it contains also many other activities like soft skill training, outreaching and networking. To achieve these goals, these are samples of activities I as a Marie Curie Fellow have attained or planning to attend:
1-Taking some advanced English language courses, like that offered by UCSD extension.
2-Taking Micro MBA program at UCSD, Rady School of Management. 12 Lectures in MBA for postdoctoral scholar to gain basic understanding of managing companies and financial aspects. A degree in MBA has been received.
3-Taking some engineering classes related to my research work. Like finite element method and earthquake engineering.
4-Visiting many workshops offered by Office of Postdoctoral & Visiting Scholar Affairs.
5-Attending the Annual Meeting of the Masonry Society. Meeting Info.
